By accessing or using the Alibabu platform ("Service"), operated by Alibabu Inc., a Delaware corporation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Alibabu is a sovereign digital utility providing 130+ services including but not limited to: gift commerce, Smart Escrow payments, PUDO logistics, voice-powered ordering, peer-to-peer marketplace, cryptocurrency wallet ($BABU token), and AI-assisted life management across the Caucasus and Silk Road regions.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Users between 14-17 may use the platform under parental supervision through Babu Family Wallet features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Alibabu uses Firebase Authentication with industry-standard encryption protocols.
Smart Escrow transactions are subject to a 0.5% platform fee. Funds are held in escrow until both parties confirm satisfaction or a dispute is resolved. Dispute resolution is handled by verified Alibabu moderators within 72 hours. Transactions over ₾10,000 may require additional identity verification.
The $BABU token (BEP-20) is a utility token for platform transactions. It is not a security and does not represent ownership in Alibabu Inc. Token values may fluctuate. Users are responsible for applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
Babu Corner partners operate independently. Alibabu facilitates but does not guarantee the availability, quality, or timing of PUDO services. Package insurance is available through Babu Shield. Maximum cash-out per transaction: ₾100 GEL.
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Data is stored on Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure with AES-256 encryption. We do not sell user data to third parties. Users may request data export or deletion at any time.
All content, trademarks, logos (including the Babu Lion mascot), and service names are the property of Alibabu Inc. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Alibabu a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
Alibabu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alibabu Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Alibabu reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
